East Finchley Homes

East Finchley is a highly sought-after area for families looking for good quality education for their children.

This leafy suburb of North London is home to many young renters who regularly commute into the city, or retirees looking to downsize in a neighbourhood that has it all.

But East Finchley’s biggest appeal is no doubt its school network. Martin Primary School and Holy Trinity C of E Primary are rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted. Finchley Catholic High School, Compton School and Wren Academy are all excellent secondary schools. Young families moving into the area will have plenty of good options.
