Crouch End has been my home all my life, and it’s a testament to the area that this is where we decided to start our own business. I found my true passion when I turned my attention to property, and I’ve never looked back. Second only to starting a family with my beautiful wife, my biggest achievement is being one of the founding partners of David Astburys. As Head of our Corporate Lettings division, I wanted to challenge the often accurate stereotypes of the typical estate agent. I believe in keeping my staff motivated, not through fear, but through encouragement.
