I discovered the world of property management a little later in life, but it turned out to be the perfect fit. From an early age, I’ve always had a strong instinct for organising, managing, and leading people, finding the best possible outcome with the resources at hand, often while juggling many things at once!.

What I enjoy most about this role is the daily challenge of understanding both landlords' and tenants’ needs, and finding balanced, effective solutions that leave everyone satisfied. Whether it's helping a landlord make the most of their investment or making a tenant feel truly at home, creating those “win-win” moments is what drives me every day.

I also genuinely enjoy being part of a team that shares the same values, supportive, reliable, and always aiming to do the right thing. Working alongside great people makes all the difference and adds real meaning to what I do.

Outside of work, I deeply value time with my family, I love to travel, and I find great joy in cooking for friends.
