I began my career in Facilities Management, where I spent several years overseeing commercial office buildings in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This experience gave me a strong foundation in property operations, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional service to clients. As Lettings Director, I bring a driven and hands-on approach, with a clear focus on achieving the best results for our landlords and tenants. I pride myself on building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring every client receives a professional, transparent, and tailored service. I firmly believe that hard work and consistency are key to success, and I lead by example in everything I do. I am always looking for ways to improve, grow, and support my team, creating a positive and motivated environment that delivers results.
