Kyp Kyprianou

I’ve been lucky enough to be around property all my life, with family members who are landlords and have owned their own agencies. Because of that, I’ve always had a real interest in the industry and have developed a strong appreciation for what matters most to both landlords and tenants.

I’ve also had the opportunity to work across North and Central London, which has given me valuable insight into a wide range of markets, neighbourhoods and property types. Before joining David Astburys, I spent a few years working in PropTech, giving me a great understanding of how technology is helping shape the future of the property industry.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports, particularly golf and football, and I’m always up for a bit of healthy competition. I enjoy meeting new people, building relationships and bringing a positive, personable approach to everything I do.
