I started my career in the property industry 12 years ago as a Sales Negotiator and quickly realised how much I loved the role. I was always keen to learn, and after just two years I was promoted to Senior Sales Negotiator. One part of the job I particularly enjoyed was sales progression. Twelve years on, being a Sales Progressor allows me to see both sides of the process and understand the importance of keeping a sale moving all the way to completion. I really enjoy this side of the role, as it still gives me the opportunity to work closely with clients and customers, deliver a high level of service, and guide them through the whole journey.
