I started my career in the property industry 12 years ago as a Sales Negotiator. I absolutely loved my job, always keen to learn new skills every day. I was promoted to a Senior Sales Negotiator only after a short 2 years, and I was always keen to learn all the parts of my job. One part I seemed to enjoy more than most was sales progression. 12 years on, I feel that being a Sales Progressor, I can see both sides of the importance of chasing the sale all the way to completion. I enjoy this side of the job, as I still get to deal with customers and clients giving the best customer service and taking them through the whole process.

Looking to the future, being a part of David Astburys team has been the best change for me and I look forward to a long working relationship as I believe the company treats everyone as an individual.
