After obtaining my degree in Criminology, I began my career in recruitment supporting assessment centres for Metropolitan Police.

As a professional in recruitment and talent acquisition, I have designed and implemented recruitment campaigns, ensuring that companies attract a diverse pool of talented individuals. Throughout this process, I review existing procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement, aiming to optimise service delivery and elevate the experience for candidates, new hires, and stakeholders. Through my collaborative efforts with various departments within organisations, I have acquired comprehensive knowledge and valuable insights into the broader human resources landscape.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, enjoy the performing arts and going to the gym.
