I successfully transitioned into human resources from operational role almost a decade ago to utilise my skills and pursue my passion for developing people. I hold a degree in Business Law and HR Management, along with a level 7 CIPD qualification in Human Resources and have a variety of experience across private and not for profit sector.

In my current role as an HR Manager, I leverage my expertise in recruitment, learning and development, ER and employee engagement. I thrive on empowering people to grow professionally and personally.

When I'm not at work, you can find me spending time with my 8-year-old son or planning my next trip. I love traveling to new places, attending live music gigs, and swimming. I also enjoy discovering new restaurants and the occasional espresso martini. I firmly believe anything is possible with determination and an open mind.

My goal is to continue finding innovative ways to help our talented colleagues at David Astburys reach their full potential. I am eager to collaborate with managers on nurturing an engaged, high-performing teams.
